CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Milford, MA. We have an urgent need for caregivers who are ready to provide personalized support and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
Follow individualized care plans and established routines
Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the care team
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and reliable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
Complete vaccination records preferred
