Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience Stable, long-term employment with a reputable and growing company Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects Clear path for career advancement and professional development Work with a leadership team that values your expertise and input Job Details Experience & Qualifications: 10+ years of structural engineering experience in the construction industry Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree preferred Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) Strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, and other relevant building codes and standards Responsibilities: Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial projects Review, stamp, and take responsibility for structural drawings and calculations Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases Conduct site visits to assess structural conditions and ensure compliance with design intent Identify and resolve structural challenges proactively to keep projects on schedule and within budget Interested in hearing more?
